POLICIES

Appointments:

Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service and other clients will not be inconvenienced. To ensure you get an appointment with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving our salon.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

Kindly give us 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, this allows us the ability to fill the appointment with another guest. If you inform us less than 24 hours ahead of time, there will be a service fee of $40.

No Show :
In consideration of staff and other guests, any “no call or no show” appointments will be charged the total cost of the scheduled service prior to booking any further appointments.

Safety:

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we ask that you wear the robes/smocks that are provided.

Child Policy:

​

We understand that bringing your child to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but here at Yaye Hair and Beauty we feel that children who attend their guardian's appointments at the salon pose a safety issue. We work with sharp scissors, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon, and we do not have an area designated for children, nor do we have staff that can keep an eye on them while you receive your service. For this reason, we ask that adults visit our salon without their children, unless the child has an appointment. During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent at all times and be able to sit still to receive their services safely.
